After a couple of quieter years, during which time he’s moved to London, Todd is back performing again with a development of his sell-out show that ran for 23 nights in the Assembly Rooms during the Edinburgh Fringe, entitled, TODD GORDON SINGS SINATRA: Songs from a Collection.
Todd was only 11 years old when he started spending his pocket money on albums by Ol’ Blue Eyes! His collection swelled to over 150 albums by the legendary crooner, as well as hundreds of others by the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole, Peggy Lee, Tony Bennett, Carmen McRae, etc.
A lifelong devotee of the choice American Songbook material that Sinatra interpreted so well, you can expect to hear many classics alongside wonderful gems that don’t get as much exposure as they deserve.
